OMG! The leaves’ scent is intoxicatingly beautiful and we are excited to explore them for essential oils and other uses.
Seeds were sowed on February 19, 2020, at 2.35 pm and they looked like these –

Strawberries’ germination method can be used for these seeds.
The first to germinate was on February 24, 2020, and more began to show a few days later.

Seedlings were 3 centimeters on March 1, 2020, before true leaf showed.

True leaves showed on March 8.
A slight red tint on the stem at one week old.

OBSERVATIONS – Due to space constraints, we are tracking hydro plants only.
Some seedlings have red tint underneath leaves and stems.

Some do not show this characteristic.

The leaves are thicker than most herbs and when pressed lightly, the beautiful scent is released.
We flavored our teas with their leaves.
